At Aldur Almanthoor, we take pride in the quality of our products. As one of the first companies to introduce the principle that products may be returned or exchanged, our policy reflects our confidence in our products and our commitment to quality over quantity.

Returns and exchanges are available for orders delivered inside Kuwait only, subject to the conditions stated below.

Return & Exchange Conditions

The return or exchange request must be made within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, unbroken, and in its original packaging.

Aldur Almanthoor reserves the right to inspect and evaluate the product before approving any return or exchange request.

Returns or exchanges may be refused if the product is damaged, broken, used, opened, altered, or not in its original condition.

Return Process

To request a return or exchange, customers must contact our customer service team or email us at info@aldurco.com and provide the order number and details of the request.

Once the return request is reviewed and approved, the customer may return the product through one of the following methods:

Returning the product to the nearest Aldur Almanthoor branch.

Requesting a delivery representative to collect the product, subject to an additional delivery fee separate from the original order invoice.

Refunds

If the return request is approved, Aldur Almanthoor will notify the payment provider or bank to process the refund.

The refund processing time is subject to the bank or payment provider’s procedures and timelines. Aldur Almanthoor is not responsible for any delay caused by the bank or payment provider after the refund request has been submitted.

Important Notes

Returns and exchanges are available inside Kuwait only.

Delivery fees, collection fees, or any additional service charges are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by Aldur Almanthoor.

Aldur Almanthoor reserves the right to update this policy when necessary.
